One-on-one Consultation

Nanaki is mindful of the notion that “one size doesn’t fit all” and attends to individual differences in her consultations. A one-on-one consultation is an ideal way to get a programme that is entirely tailored to meet individual needs and improve performance.

At the outset, expectations and goals are discussed and a thorough needs assessment is conducted to evaluate gaps that need to be filled in. This assessment is then followed by designing a bespoke plan of action to support the athlete in achieving goals. The duration of an individual consultation is approximately 60 minutes per session. The sessions can be held on a weekly, monthly or seasonal basis. For those located in different cities or countries, Nanaki also offers support online via video and telephone calls. The effectiveness of the psychological programme is assessed frequently and in conjunction with athletes and their support team (e.g. coach and parent).
